Position: Delivery Manager
Location: Onsite – Athens, Greece


The iRecruit.gr team is recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the energy sector. We are looking for a skilled Delivery Manager to join their team and drive successful project delivery.

Role Overview:
As a Delivery Manager, you will oversee project delivery, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and facilitate collaboration between business units and technical teams. You will manage backlogs, evaluate efforts and benefits, and ensure successful delivery of initiatives, ideally within cloud and Azure environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with business units to identify and capture new needs

  • Prioritize initiatives and align them with strategic objectives

  • Evaluate effort, cost, and benefit for proposed projects

  • Organize and manage the demand backlog before handing it to Business Analysts

  • Collaborate with technical teams, ideally with experience in cloud and Azure environments

Mandatory Requirements:

  • IT degree or equivalent

  • Must be able to work onsite in Athens, Greece

  • Mid-level or Senior experience in delivery/project management

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in delivery/project management in IT or SaaS environments

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, preferably Azure

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives

  • Experience in backlog management
