Business Analyst

The iRecruit.gr team is recruiting on behalf of a leading company in the energy sector for a Business Analyst based in Athens (onsite).

Key Responsibilities

• Create Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and translate business needs into clear technical requirements

• Manage the product backlog and write detailed user stories

• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication

• Support and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure high-quality delivery

Mandatory Requirements

• Degree in IT or related field

• Based in Athens and available to work onsite

• Mid or senior-level experience in Business Analysis

Nice to Have

• Experience in large enterprise environments
